Park Island Transport Company Limited (PITCL) was established in 2002 to provide high quality of bus and ferry services for Ma Wan Island.
PITCL was a joint venture company between a wholly owned subsidiary of The Kowloon Motor Bus Holdings Limited and a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong & Kowloon Ferry Limited.
On 13 December 2005, the wholly owned subsidiary of Transport International Holdings Limited (formerly known as "The Kowloon Motor Bus Holdings Limited") acquired the interest of PITCL from the wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong & Kowloon Ferry Limited; PITCL becomes an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Transport International Holdings Limited. |
