||Interchange Fare Concession of Bus service for the Elderly and Eligible People with Disabilities
In order to better serve our community, ˇ§Interchange Fare Concession for the Elderly and Eligible People with Disabilitiesˇ¨ scheme will be implemented on 1st November, 2016. Beneficiaries can enjoy free transfer at the designated bus stops travelling between Park Island Bus Terminus and Kei Wai Primary School stop. Detail is as follows:
1. Eligible persons:
Passenger aged 65 or above with the Senior Citizen Card or passenger with Registration Card for People with Disabilities which is issued by HKSAR Government.
2. Eligible Route:
Tsing Yi (NR330), Kwai Fong (NR332), Airport (NR334)
3. Valid period:
From 10:00 to 00:50 daily
4. To City/Outward bound:
Eligible passenger boarding the above eligible route at Park Island Bus Terminus presents a valid the ˇ§Senior Citizen Cardˇ¨ or ˇ§Registration Card for People with Disabilitiesˇ¨ to our bus captain and alight at Kei Wai Primary School stop to transfer to Tsuen Wan (NR331)/Tsuen Wan West (NR331S) route; the $2 inner island bus fare will be waived.
5. To Park Island/Inward bound:
Eligible passenger after the first journey on Tsuen Wan (NR331)/Tsuen Wan West (NR331S), if he/she interchanges at Kei Wai Primary School stop or Tin Liu New Village stop for above eligible route toward Park Island Bus Terminus, and presents a valid ˇ§the Senior Citizen Cardˇ¨ or ˇ§Registration Card for People with Disabilitiesˇ¨ to the bus captain; the $2 inner island bus fare will also be waived.
*To enjoy free transfer service, eligible passenger must present the Senior Citizen Card or the Registration Card for People with Disabilities when boarding. Our company have the right to collect the regular inner island bus fare ($2) if the passengers fail to present the mentioned cards. Park Island Transport Company Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
||Service enhancement of Routes 331 / 331S
Starting from 15 Oct 2016, bus services of Routes 331 / 331S will be strengthened. Passengers please refer to the timetable posted in bus stops for the departure details.

||Temporary relocation of bus stop at Kwai Fong Metroplaza Bus Terminus (From 2100hrs on 16 July 2016 until the completion of the repair works)
In order to facilitate repair work, the Bus stop of route NR332 at Kwai Fong Metroplaza will be relocated to the Entrance of Metroplaza at Hing Fong Road near the public telephone booth during the listed period shown below. Passengers please follow the signage on scene and queue up for bus service. Your attention is highly appreciated.

||Temporary Closed of the access next to Kwai Fong Metroplaza Bus Terminus
To facilitate the renovation work at Kwai Fong Metroplaza, the access next to NR332 Kwai Fong Terminus will be temporary closed from 0600 on 25 April until further notice. Passengers please follow the shopping mallˇ¦s signage to get access to the terminus.

||Extension of Temporary Arrangement of Baby Trolleys
As further discussion with fellow stakeholders would be required to finalize the details of using baby trolley on buses, the current temporary arrangement would be extended until a compromise satisfying most of the residents is reached. A further notice about the new policy will then be released while details of the current temporary arrangement are as follows:
1. Passenger should fold up the baby trolley whenever possible.
2. Under safety circumstances of not blocking the passageway, passengers are allowed to place their baby trolley temporarily at the wheelchair position. For the interest of other parties, passengers should look after their baby trolley at all times.
3. If the wheelchair position is fully occupied by wheelchair user or baby trolley, passengers should fold up the baby trolley or wait for the next bus.
4. As wheelchair user have the first priority for the position, passengers please fold up the baby trolley or wait for the next bus if wheelchair user board our buses.
